Real president Florentino Perez is prepared to sell wantaway James this summer, though so far offers have fallen well short of his €60 million valuation.
Manchester United, PSG and Inter Milan have all been in contact, but no proposal has reached beyond €40 million.
Meanwhile, Milan have come forward with a loan offer for the Colombia international.
The Rossoneri are suggesting taking James on a season-long loan, which would include them covering 100 per cent of James' wages, with a permanent price to be negotiated next June.
For the moment, Perez is yet to respond
